Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QoForevAzo's website, products, and services. By accessing our website at qoforevazo.org or purchasing our palm oil containers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product Information and Orders

Product Specifications

All plastic containers are manufactured according to Malaysian food safety standards and are suitable for palm oil storage and transport. Product specifications, including capacity, dimensions, and materials, are provided on our website and in quotations.

Order Process

• Orders must be placed through our official channels (website, phone, or email)
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled
• Custom orders require advance payment and longer lead times

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with balance due before delivery. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and cash payments.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary based on production capacity and logistics. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or upon pickup from our facility.

Delivery Areas

• Free delivery within 50km of Johor Bahru for orders above RM 2,000
• Delivery charges apply for longer distances and smaller orders
• International shipping available upon request with additional terms

Warranty and Quality Assurance

We warrant our containers to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date. This warranty covers:

• Material defects affecting structural integrity
• Manufacturing flaws that impact functionality
• Premature failure under normal usage conditions

Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Custom-manufactured items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Returned items must pass quality inspection
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless items are defective

Limitation of Liability

QoForevAzo's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Contamination of stored palm oil
• Delays in production or delivery
• Third-party claims or damages

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is owned by QoForevAzo and protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through recognized Malaysian mediation services
3. Final resolution in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction in Johor Bahru

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or pandemic-related restrictions.

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
